		<description>Great advice, Fred!

To take it one step further, after putting our videos on YouTube, embed the video from there into our blog, then tweet our blog post to get people to view the video. Do the same for podcasts too - post them to your blog, then tweet the blog URL.

This gets your media exposure AND gets people in the habit of visiting your blog, plus your other posts benefit from those who stick around to view more of your content, especially if they liked the media they just experienced.

<description>I have used Twitter for drawing traffic to my site and find that the traffic increases if I&#039;m Tweeting about a video that I&#039;ve just posted. I have not used TwitPic yet - sounds like another great twitter resource.

<description>Twitter is a great resource for drawing traffic to your other media whether they be podcasts, videos and blog posts. Work much better for those things than it does for selling directly.

<description>Twitter sales pitches are not very successful, but send people to free content of any type and you will =get a lot more success. Use twitter as the first step of a multi-step process and you will be better rewarded for your twitter time.

<description>These are all good ways to use Twitter effectively. I do not do any videos or podcast right now but you have shown some good ways to get started. Will have to read some more and see how to get it right. Thanks.
